The North America nebula is about 1,600 light years away in the constellation Cygnus. It is a large Emission nebula covering an area of more than four times the size of the full Moon. Image time 12 x 300 seconds.

The heart of the heart nebula. IC 1805 Image taken with W/O FLT 110 APO - Atik 383L ccd camera 0.8 field flatener -Baader 2" 7nm Ha filter - 16 x 300 seconds. Note next time i will double the subs to try and get a better image.

Rosette Nebula NGC 2237
The Rosette Nebula is 130 light years in diameter and 5,000 light years away. There is enough dust to make about 10,000 stars like our Sun within the Rosette.
